Goal
The goal was to create a mock-up room in Portugal for the W Hotel in Tel Aviv, with the renowned architectural studio John Pawson leading the design. In collaboration with Mengo & Fortes and Jofebar, the prototype room was developed with meticulous attention to material selection and furniture detailing. A custom shading screen, designed by the John Pawson Studio and produced by Jofebar, was also created specifically for this project.
Result
The result was a hotel room where every detail was meticulously crafted, a space where architecture interacts seamlessly with furniture selection, featuring iconic pieces like the PK9 chair by Fritz Hansen. With the use of premium materials, the outcome is an elegant, sophisticated, and inviting atmosphere for every guest who walks in.
A pursuit to source the finest suppliers, ensuring that every furniture finish in this hotel room was premium, refined, and meticulously detailed.
